Retronix Group CEO
After graduating in electronics, Tony worked in electronic device distribution before moving to the PCBA service industry, primarily cellphone and computer manufacturing. Tony started Retronix in 1992 from a small unit in Glasgow. Focusing on electronic manufacturing within Europe, initially in the United Kingdom. Since then, Retronix expanded globally, with sites in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. Retronix has seen its semiconductor business grow to become a significant part of the group.
Tony brings a great deal of business management experience to Retronix Semiconductor, having managed relationships with companies from small independent companies to global corporations.
Chief Operations Officer
Mark started working in the semiconductor industry in the late 1980’s when he joined National Semiconductor. Mark then worked for Digital Equipment Corporation supporting maintenance positions in thin films and etch. Subsequently, Mark moved to take on field service positions with Gasonics International and Novellus Systems supporting positions across Europe and North America in field engineering, process support, installation project management and operations management. Mark is well known throughout Europe and enjoys the challenge of exceeding customer requirements in safety, quality, schedule and output. Mark holds a degree in electromechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
Director of Sales
Jim has more than 30 years’ sales and business development experience in the semiconductor industry, during which time he has developed strong business networks and relationships in a vast number of high tech companies.
Jim started his career at GM Associates, a quartz fabricator in northern California. After more than nine years at GM Associates Jim was the second person hired by Kimmon International to start up their first operation in the United States.
Jim then started IQW Group, a manufacturer’s representative company that sold capital equipment, spare parts and engineering services to the semiconductor industry and the Texas territory… Notably, Jim was the key contributor in developing a start-up company that was later acquired by a Fortune 500 semiconductor company and in transitioning another company from aerospace an industry supplier to a leading semiconductor industry services supplier
Jim graduated from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California, with a degree in business management.
