Tony Boswell


After graduating in electronics, Tony worked in electronic device distribution before moving to the PCBA service industry, primarily cellphone and computer manufacturing. Tony started Retronix in 1992 from a small unit in Glasgow. Focusing on electronic manufacturing within Europe, initially in the United Kingdom. Since then, Retronix expanded globally, with sites in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. Retronix has seen its semiconductor business grow to become a significant part of the group.

Tony brings a great deal of business management experience to Retronix Semiconductor, having managed relationships with companies from small independent companies to global corporations.

Dennis Rooney


Dennis holds a degree in Mathematics and is an experienced Chartered Accountant. Following a career in professional services, Dennis joined the Retronix Group of Businesses as Finance Director in 2009. Since then, he has been a director of a number of companies within the Group, whilst over-seeing financial management and control.

The primary driver of Retronix Semiconductor's entry into new markets and business service product development, Dennis lends his strengths in innovation and problem-solving to the growth of the company and its relationships to its customers and clients. Dennis is based in the company’s US Operational hub in Chandler, Arizona.

Kathleen Boswell


With over 18 years’ management experience on optimising organisational processes and infrastructure, Kathleen is well versed in developing and motivating high performance teams to maximise business results. She holds a degree in Commerce and Business Studies as well as postgraduate diplomas in Computing and Teaching.

As VP of Business Services, Kathleen is based in the Retronix Group HQ in Scotland and performs multi-site operations across all the Retronix Global businesses.

Matt Sheridan

Global Finance Manager

Matt studied Accounting & Finance at Glasgow’s Strathclyde University where he graduated in 2013 with a BA Honours degree. He progressed his professional education and qualified as a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS) in June 2016.

Matt began working with Retronix Group in Scotland in 2012, and has lived and worked in Arizona and Texas with the company as their Financial Controller. He is now based in the Scotland HQ as the Global Finance Group Manager for Europe, the Middle East and the USA.

Erez Fayna

Global Operations Manager

Erez holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and an MBA degree. Erez started his career in the semiconductor industry in 1991 in several technology and Strategic Supplier / Procurement management roles in which he developed extensive experience in leading negotiations (commercial & legal) and procurement processes of supplier management - both locally and internationally. Erez joined Retronix Semiconductor in 2016 as Israel Regional Manager and in 2020 was promoted to Global Operations Manager to lead our business development and ensure quality in the services we provide to our customers.

Erez brings excellent negotiations skills, creative and innovative support models, alternate solutions to the customer challenges, and the exploration of new business opportunities. Erez is based in the Retronix Semiconductor Israel office.

Tedd Demski

US Operations Director

An accomplished semiconductor manufacturing operations manager, Tedd is strongly experienced in the streamlining of manufacturing processes and the optimization of production. Tedd has also served as a process engineer and tool owner across a variety of toolsets and brings this advantage into a management perspective. Tedd takes a measured approach to effective problem-solving and is a high-achieving executor of results.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is well versed in safety and compliance standards. From his longstanding career within the semiconductor industry, Tedd brings decisiveness and confidence to Retronix Semiconductor’s high-volume headcount projects and business developments. Tedd is a company director and operates from the Retronix Semiconductor HQ in Arizona.

Anne-Marie Nunn

Global Resourcing Operations Manager

Anne-Marie is an experienced and results driven manager with 20 + years’ experience in Recruitment, Business Administration, Operations Management, Customer Service, and HR/Learning Administration services. To this experience, Anne-Marie adds her degree in Business Administration and her previous experience of working in the semiconductor industry.

Anne-Marie launched her career in the industry 30 years ago working in Motorola in East Kilbride. She joined Retronix 6 years ago and brings with her a track record of building strong teams, nurturing solid business partner and client relationships, and developing innovative technology solutions to business problems.

Jeffrey Barranti

Regional Service Manager

Jeffrey Barranti is an innovative leader with versatile engineering management experience. He brings a distinguished background and proven track record of solving complex business problems at LAM Research and Applied Materials to the Retronix Semiconductor management team. Jeff holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an MBA in Manufacturing Management.

Agile engineering expertise combined with extensive semiconductor equipment background enables Jeff to define and implement precise, productive solutions for the Retronix Semiconductor portfolio of managed services. Jeff leads the Retronix Semiconductor Oregon office

Nick Ade

US Project Manager

Nick studied Engineering and Business at Oregon State University and has previously held several management positions at the world's most successful semiconductor manufacturing companies and is highly regarded as one of the industry’s most effective program and process improvement managers.

Nick’s passion lies in strengthening the team members around him through nurturing the development of their technical and professional skills and places value on preparing his employees for progression and promotion. He brings over 35 years of semiconductor industry experience to Retronix Semiconductor and his specialization in lean manufacturing bolsters the company’s project management offerings. Nick is based in the Retronix HQ in Arizona.
