Tony Boswell


After graduating in electronics, Tony worked in electronic device distribution before moving to the PCBA service industry, primarily cellphone and computer manufacturing. Tony started Retronix in 1992 from a small unit in Glasgow. Focusing on electronic manufacturing within Europe, initially in the United Kingdom. Since then, Retronix expanded globally, with sites in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. Retronix has seen its semiconductor business grow to become a significant part of the group.

Tony brings a great deal of business management experience to Retronix Semiconductor, having managed relationships with companies from small independent companies to global corporations.

Kathleen Boswell


With over 18 years’ management experience on optimising organisational processes and infrastructure, Kathleen is well versed in developing and motivating high performance teams to maximise business results. She holds a degree in Commerce and Business Studies as well as postgraduate diplomas in Computing and Teaching.

As VP of Business Services, Kathleen is based in the Retronix Group HQ in Scotland and performs multi-site operations across all the Retronix Global businesses.

Matt Sheridan

Global Finance Manager

Matt studied Accounting & Finance at Glasgow’s Strathclyde University where he graduated in 2013 with a BA Honours degree. He progressed his professional education and qualified as a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS) in June 2016.

Matt began working with Retronix Group in Scotland in 2012, and has lived and worked in Arizona and Texas with the company as their Financial Controller. He is now based in the Scotland HQ as the Global Finance Group Manager for Europe, the Middle East and the USA.

Erez Fayna

Global Operations Manager

Erez holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and an MBA degree. Erez started his career in the semiconductor industry in 1991 in several technology and Strategic Supplier / Procurement management roles in which he developed extensive experience in leading negotiations (commercial & legal) and procurement processes of supplier management - both locally and internationally. Erez joined Retronix Semiconductor in 2016 as Israel Regional Manager and in 2020 was promoted to Global Operations Manager to lead our business development and ensure quality in the services we provide to our customers.

Erez brings excellent negotiations skills, creative and innovative support models, alternate solutions to the customer challenges, and the exploration of new business opportunities. Erez is based in the Retronix Semiconductor Israel office.

Michael McCallion


Michael has more than 35 years Semiconductor Industry experience with 20+ years in Account Management and Business Development. Michael brings a wealth of semiconductor sales knowledge to the Retronix Semiconductor team with his focus is on how we can fulfil our customers’ needs in the short and long term.

Michael started his career in operations and this knowledge helps him to understand the complexities of our customer’s needs. Innovative solutions are at the heart of Retronix philosophy and Michaels ability and experience to look beyond the obvious will help Retronix meet and exceed our customer’s needs.

Anne-Marie Nunn

Global Business Support Manager

Anne-Marie is an experienced and results driven manager with 25 + years’ experience in Operations Management, Business Administration, Recruitment, Customer Service, and HR/Learning Administration services. To this experience, Anne-Marie adds her degree in Business Administration and her previous experience of working in the semiconductor industry.

Anne-Marie launched her career in the industry 30 years ago working in Motorola in East Kilbride. She joined Retronix in 2013 and brings with her a track record of building strong teams, nurturing solid business partner and client relationships, and developing innovative technology solutions to business problems.

Nick Ade

US Director of Operations

Nick studied Engineering and Business at Oregon State University and has previously held several management positions at the world's most successful semiconductor manufacturing companies and is highly regarded as one of the industry’s most effective program and process improvement managers.

Nick’s passion lies in strengthening the team members around him through nurturing the development of their technical and professional skills and places value on preparing his employees for progression and promotion. He brings over 35 years of semiconductor industry experience to Retronix Semiconductor and his specialization in lean manufacturing bolsters the company’s project management offerings. Nick is based in the Retronix HQ in Arizona.

Reuven Bitton


Reuven holds a Practical Electronic Engineer with Specialization in Computerization and Control. He also graduated in PMP Project and Construction Project management studies. Reuven started his career in the Semiconductor Industry in 2000, during this period his experience includes project management, engineering, managing external contractors and operations management roles. This experience has led to him becoming an expert in leading operations, negotiations with customer and suppliers and budget management. Reuven also possesses non-semiconductor experience as an operations and project manager, which gained him extensive experience in working with legal, municipal and commercial bodies. Reuven Joined Retronix in 2017 as Group Leader, then was promoted to an Operations manager and finally was promoted to Israel Regional Manager in 2020.

Reuven brings excellent planning, evaluating, and operations optimization skills. He secures long term client relationships by maintaining effective client relations. He provides alternative solutions to the customer challenges and an individual approach on exploration of new business opportunities. He ensures correct and efficient allocation of site resources to manage activities to meet agreed timelines and to overcome any potential budget constraints.

Ciarán Donnelly


Ciarán began his career in the Electronics Industry in 1987, Initially as a member of the Quality Department then progressing on to the Management teams at AT&T. He holds a Bachelors (Hons) in Business & Economics and has a wealth of management experience built up over 26 years in leading Telecommunications and Semiconductor Companies. Specialising in Operations he has successfully overseen many projects locally & globally, bringing a unique blend of leadership, vision and knowledge.

Ciarán joined Retronix in 2018 as a member of the Operations Management team ensuring our customers achieved key technological milestones. Ciarán was promoted to the Ireland Site Manager in 2020. Ciarán and his team have been recognised as world class in project execution by one of our major clients. He takes a measured approach to effective problem-solving, is passionate about embracing change, building good relationships whilst maintaining the highest standards to ensure continued success and sustainable growth for the Company.

Katie Venters


As the Global Resourcing Manager Katie is responsible for overseeing and managing all of Retronix’s global recruitment efforts. She is an integral member of the Retronix Management team and works closely with local site managers to plan and deliver successful recruitment drives to meet our global client’s project needs.

Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from University of Glasgow. She has 8 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. She has worked in some leading recruitment agencies. Her recruitment experience includes, working in the following client sectors, teacher recruitment, office services , semiconductor engineering and filling internal positions within Retronix. Katie is a strong adaptable team player with excellent communication, organisational and people skills. She works extremely well under pressure and takes pride in her work. She leads by example when it comes to getting the best out of her team and making sure they successfully deliver all recruitment targets set.
