To support with our hiring demands, Retronix Semiconductor is seeking experienced L2 Semiconductor Field Service Engineer in Leixlip, County Kildare.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety requirements and protocols
- Comprehensive tool audits & assessment
- Tool decontamination
- Tool dismantling and de-installation
- Work with a small team to deliver Project
- Liaise with Customer to deliver safety & quality
- Maintain high level of safety, following regulation protocol.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years previous experience in semiconductor equipment installation, maintenance or assembly
- Excellent written and verbal skills with other team-members on the projects.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work shifts or overtime when required.
- Computer skills (MS packages)
- Ability to travel if required.
Physical Requirements:
Job duties are often performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds is required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional overnight travel to training facilities and customer locations may be required.
