Katie joined Retronix Semiconductor in 2018 as Global Resourcing Manager and brings over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She leads a team of technical recruiters worldwide to successfully fulfil contracts across multiple regions. By partnering closely with local site managers, Katie ensures the timely delivery of high-quality candidates, aligning talent acquisition with business needs while driving efficiency and consistency in recruitment processes.
Alana joined Retronix Semiconductor in 2025 as Recruitment and HR Administrator. She brings around two years of experience in recruitment and account management, working with diverse technical clients across multiple sectors and global markets. With strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, headhunting, and the employee lifecycle, Alana effectively supports both the HR and Recruitment teams. Having lived in the US and worked with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, she brings a holistic, inclusive approach and excels at building strong, empathetic relationships across diverse environments.
Eva joined Retronix Semiconductor in August 2024 on a part-time basis, contributing two days per week across both the Marketing and Recruitment teams. Demonstrating a strong aptitude and passion for recruitment, Eva transitioned to a full-time role within our Recruitment team July 2025, as a Technical Recruiter. With nearly three years of experience in the recruitment industry, Eva brings a strong foundation in technical hiring and a proactive approach to candidate engagement. In her role, Eva partners closely with hiring managers and the broader recruitment team to deeply understand technical hiring needs and craft strategic sourcing plans that attracts high-quality candidates.
Earnest has been a valued member of Retronix recruitment team for over 14 years. With a deep understanding of talent acquisition and a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities, Earnest plays a key role in building strong, dynamic teams. Aravinda joined Retronix Semiconductor in 2024 as a Technical Recruiter. He brings 7+ years’ experience in the recruitment industry and is responsible for Retronix Semiconductor recruitment activities covering our Hillsboro, OR territory. He collaborates with Program Managers, Human Resources and the site leadership team on recruitment strategies and partners with local universities to hire for high volume manufacturing and corporate function roles. Passive candidate sourcing, metrics, and flexibility all are areas that he excels in, but his greatest joy lies when offering candidates gainful employment.
