I heard about Retronix Semiconductor in April 2018 from a job agency called JobPath. I was searching for a job for quite some time and nobody was giving me a second look as I wasn’t highly educated like some of the other people you would see in job interviews.
I applied for a job with Retronix Semiconductor the day I saw it advertised and received a response within 3 days and had an interview 2 weeks after my application was first sent in.
Now I’ve been working for Retronix since the start of June as a contingent worker in the PGV project in Ireland. I was even promoted after just 4 weeks on the job.
The reason I chose Retronix as my employer is due to the limitless opportunities and doorways it could open for me for future employment.
I would rate Retronix Semiconductor a 5 out of 5 and the reason for this score is simply down to how professional the team is and the speed in which they act regarding issues and fixing problems.
The best thing for me in regards to working with Retronix is the fact that I’m progressing and gaining knowledge that I never thought I would.
My plans for the future are to progress within Retronix Semiconductor and expand my knowledge of the company.
I think there are many things that can be improved but to be honest I don’t want to address a single issue because by the time you read this that problem will be resolved. Problems will always arise and Retronix Semiconductor will be on top of the situation as quick as I could write them.
To be quite honest I could write and write about how good of a company it is but all I can truly say is apply for a position with the company and come and see for yourself how great a company it really is because you won’t regret it.
